Who owns savosolar Oyj?
VG-Shipping is a holding company that owns Meriaura and has no other business. The shareholders of Savosolar will have 30% and VG-Shipping 70% of Savosolar shares. VG-Shipping will be the majority owner of the new Savosolar after the merger. Savosolar Oyj aims to continue being listed on the First North Growth Market in both Stockholm and Helsinki.
Is savosolar acquiring Meriaura Oy and biolaite Oy?
The company description concerns the share exchange through which Savosolar Plc plans to acquire all the shares in Meriaura Oy and its fully owned subsidiary Biolaite Oy (name change to VG-EcoFuel Oy pending). What does the new corporate structure mean for savosolar?
The renewed corporate structure clarifies the Group’s administration and business operations as a whole. As of 1.6.2023, Savosolar’s entire personnel will transfer to Meriaura Energy as existing employees, with the exception of the Group’s CEO, CFO and administrative assistant, who will remain in the service of the parent company.
