Who is cellcube?
CellCube intends to be a fully integrated producer of vanadium, vanadium electrolytes and vanadium redox flow batteries for the Energy Storage Market. We put 15 years of research and development into the CellCube to provide you with a top-notch energy storage system.
Who owns the majority of Enerox?
Under the Share Purchase Agreement, EHL now holds a 90% majority ownership of Enerox, with Cellcube retaining a 10% minority holding.
What is the shareholder loan facility for enerox?
Under the Share Purchase Agreement, EHL will provide a new secured shareholder loan facility of €3.7 million to Enerox. This loan facility is designed to provide working capital and funds for capital expenditure to enable Enerox to reach sustainable commercial production.
What if EHL hadn't funded enerox?
If EHL had not funded Enerox with an aggregate of €3.7 million by 31 December 2021, Cellcube would have had the right to buy back for nominal value such proportion of 39 per cent of the share capital of Enerox as is equivalent to the shortfall in funding.
